As broccoli, with their typically bitterish flavour, are the main ingredient of this recipe, we have noted that by adding the same quantity of either Aceto Sopraffino or Aceto Sopraffino Riserva, the relative sweet-sour aroma refines the flavour and improves palatability with touches of spices and aromas.
