Ingredients
  

  • Aceto Sopraffino or Aceto Sopraffino Riserva
  • 2 Mozzarelle di Bufala
  • To taste Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Slice the mozzarella and place it on the plate.
  • Lightly grind some pepper. Add 3.0 ml. of Aceto Sopraffino or 3.0 ml. of Aceto Sopraffino Riserva.

Notes

From our various tests, we have noticed that Aceto Sopraffino and Aceto Sopraffino Riserva combine very well with cheeses especially fresh cheeses. In this case with buffalo mozzarella. The fattiness proper to this type of dairy product is attenuated by the tartness proper to Aceto Sopraffino enhancing the flavor of the mozzarella, which becomes more persistent on the palate. With the reserve, the mozzarella acquires a spicy taste that makes it delicate and original.

The full flavor and freshness of the mozzarella found a good harmony with Aceto Sopraffino and the sour sense of Aceto Sopraffino enhanced the taste. With Aceto Sopraffino Riserva the result was remarkable, its sweet sense and spiciness created a good harmony with the dairy product.
