- To taste Fresh chives
Instructions
- Arrange the cheese on each plate with a little chives next to it, if desired.
- Season with a few drops of Aceto Sopraffino.

We are now going to prepare creamy fresh cheese, both with Aceto Sopraffino and Aceto Sopraffino Riserva, which will be its cold dressing. We are sure that with just a few drops we will enhance this already excellent cheese even more.
