Guided tours and tastings

Join us for this experience focusing on the characteristics of our vinegars and our production methods. After a brief introduction on the history of our acetaia, we will visit where the Estense family’s historic Aceto Sopraffino is produced. We will then head to the shop, where a tasting guided by our team will await you. We will take you through a sensory journey, analysing the distinctive characteristics of the vinegars and telling you how they can be valued and how they can be used.  A perfect opportunity for people wishing to learn more about the quality and complexity of the vinegars of the Acetaia Ducale Estense.
