Lettuce Leaf and Soncino Salad

Ingredients
- Aceto Sopraffino or Aceto Sopraffino Riserva
- 50 g Lettuce
- 50 g Escarole
- 50 g Roman lettuce
- 50 g Soncino
Instructions
- Wash all the salad varieties and dry accurately
- Tear them into regular, bite-size pieces except for the soncino or corn salad, and serve.
- Dress with Aceto Sopraffino to taste or with Aceto Sopraffino Riserva to taste.
Notes
Vinegars have always been used as bases for salad dressings, either mixed with oils or in vinaigrettes. Aceto Sopraffino’s perfect sweet-sour flavour actually enhances the salad’s own flavour, its acidy touch giving it a very special and unique aroma. Apart from Aceto Sopraffino Riserva’s considerable flavouring potential, the added spiciness typical of the Riserva variety ageing process is especially pleasant.
